Overall a very good experience. Everything went on as was told, infact on certain tours more was delivered. The only bit about local travel organisers - they should arrange for food keeping in mind all travellers.

Wow, Wow, Wow This was our first visit to this resort and it exceeded all our expectations. Itinerary of this trip was so good, we selected "the best of pattaya" package. that is 4 night and 5 days package. The package tour was well organized and well planned. and they planned our whole trip and so good that we didn;t need to worry about anything else, me and my husband enjoy this vacation. i go with my partner to celebrate his birthday. The place , people and the hospitality of paradise island resort and spa is really fantastic and a big thumps up to that . The place itself defines the beauty , and the resort people has maintained it upto 100% The staff of the resort really made us so comfortable and luxurious. Water sports and excursions are mind blowing and can be done there itself , with 100% safety and ease . Its your personal choice , what you are interested in doing. Will visit Paradise Island resort soon again and looking forward towards a superb hospitality again !!!

All went well on the trip. The only suggestion is that you should suggest people to stay in phi phi island for at least 1 night or we should get a little more time to spend on the island as after the boat ride and snorkeling it was the lunch time and as soon as we finished our lunch boat prepared for leaving.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. Comfortable beds, clean bed sheets and linen, neat bathroom and a cozy balcony. Loved the food and the small private beach right in front of the hotel. a wonderful view. I felt the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Definitely recommended for the budget conscious tourist. My stay at Arena Beach has been wonderful. I will definitely come back to this hotel. See you soon !!
