my parents had a trip to Dubai and I wanted to surprise them with some tour package. I live in the US so i reached down to this agency and they provide me everything with awesome customer service. the booking fee went through the Paypal by me and the driver showed up every time for picking up my parents. they answered all my question pretty quick. I had awesome days in Dubai Tours, the workers were very welcoming and warm. they took time to explain and the commentary on the tour was very informative. They weren't boring they made everyone laugh along the way and we were all talking amongst ourselves as though we had all known each other for a long time. it was one of the highlights of my trip and i would definitely go back to them if i return to Dubai :~) well done on the excellent customer service.
