my parents had a trip to Dubai and I wanted to surprise them with some tour package. I live in the US so i reached down to this agency and they provide me everything with awesome customer service. the booking fee went through the Paypal by me and the driver showed up every time for picking up my parents. they answered all my question pretty quick. Itinerary of this trip was so good, we selected "the best of pattaya" package. that is 4 night and 5 days package. The package tour was well organized and well planned. and they planned our whole trip and so good that we didn;t need to worry about anything else, me and my husband enjoy this vacation. Amazingly Nothing went wrong and we got to wherever we were going with Very good Taxis and we stayed in Perfect hotels. Siracha tiger zoo, under water world is good place for family visits especially for children. Safari world and Alcazar Show was also nice experience to spend a day.. but apart from all of this there are many more things and places to explore in Thailand.. I visited only coral island but i wanna discover many more islands and other things.. it was unforgettable trip with family.. I am very thankful for Mr. Lokesh and Akash they are very good person.. whenever I plan my next tour definitely choose only TNG Holidays .... You gave us ultimate experience of life..

Overall experience was good. Regarding the hotel, the hospitality was not up to the mark. coral island we liked the most.
