my parents had a trip to Dubai and I wanted to surprise them with some tour package. I live in the US so i reached down to this agency and they provide me everything with awesome customer service. the booking fee went through the Paypal by me and the driver showed up every time for picking up my parents. they answered all my question pretty quick. It has been a great experience traveling with Tng holidays, by the way, this is the second time traveling with you, I must say that all my booking and services were taken care of and it was a very safe, smooth and easy-going tour without any hassle as the tour was well-organized, the tour operator was very supportive, communicative and helpful always asked us from time to time that we get everything as per the package. very nice services.
