I had awesome days in Dubai Tours, the workers were very welcoming and warm. they took time to explain and the commentary on the tour was very informative. They weren't boring they made everyone laugh along the way and we were all talking amongst ourselves as though we had all known each other for a long time. it was one of the highlights of my trip and i would definitely go back to them if i return to Dubai :~) well done on the excellent customer service. We booked a trip to Thailand as a friends trip, it was the first time,we went together and to a completely new place to explore, we stay pattaya for 4 night and 5 days. On this trip, we were provided full-assistance from the start till the end of the trip...Very easy to reach with the local operator through calls and Whatsapp...24/7 they are ready to support us and solve the issues in the mean times. overall great trip and great experience with this company. if you planning to go pattaya or anywhere in Thailand i highly suggest go with this company.
