my parents had a trip to Dubai and I wanted to surprise them with some tour package. I live in the US so i reached down to this agency and they provide me everything with awesome customer service. the booking fee went through the Paypal by me and the driver showed up every time for picking up my parents. they answered all my question pretty quick. All hotels and transportation arrangements were up to the mark. From booking of trip to the end of trip process is smooth. All the hotels we stayed was very hygienic and well maintained.. All are very supportive and we didn't face safety issue anywhere...it was great booking with them.. if anyone wanna go Thailand I will recommend TNG Holidays..
