my parents had a trip to Dubai and I wanted to surprise them with some tour package. I live in the US so i reached down to this agency and they provide me everything with awesome customer service. the booking fee went through the Paypal by me and the driver showed up every time for picking up my parents. they answered all my question pretty quick. Overall a very good experience. Everything went on as was told, infact on certain tours more was delivered. The only bit about local travel organisers - they should arrange for food keeping in mind all travellers.
