I didn't go there on a honeymoon, but I did go with a girlfriend. for her Birthday. Yes, it is a good place to go if you like luxurious resorts, semi private nice clean white sandy beaches (you wont be bothered by aggressive souvenir or food sellers), tropical climate, and ocean full of marine life. It is especially good place if you like to scuba dive or snorkel. However, it lacks interesting cultural or historical attractions. No ancient temples, no traditional performances, no interesting museum. So if your ideal honeymoon involves laying around tropical white sandy beach all day in semi privacy with occasional dives or snorkel sessions, Maldives is the right place to go.

Phi Phi Island and Four Island is very beautiful with crystal clear water and lots of water activities.. Experience was very great. Superb ground support 24x7. Every one cooperative, punctual, polite and helpful. 5/5 rating. In budget, great, well planned trip. It was our first international travel. we stayed at Sunda resort one of the best place for stay.
