I did not know this travel agent before and as I had found them on Internet, I was a little worried about whom they were and what was to happen. I was asked to pay a sum upon booking, they have a good method of online payment. But god's grace everything was well organized, they made a very good trip for us. Alcazar Show, Coral Island, frosted Mini siam, Crocodile park, cartoon network all places was awesome...worth to visit for everyone. From the booking phase 'till the day I left, they where amazing. We had a great experience in thailand family tour package.. Everyone was quite supportive and friendly.. Loved the hotel service... Just had a little problem with cab timings.. As it arrived earlier than scheduled.. Bt apart from that loved the service as whole.. Must go with TNG Holidays
