- Upon successful booking, the customer will receive a confirmation voucher via email and WhatsApp immediately.
Alternate Scheduling
- If the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule will be arranged based on the customer’s preference.
- A new confirmation voucher will then be sent via email.
100% Refund
- Cancellations made 4 days or more before the activity date are eligible for a full refund.
Date Change Option
- For cancellations made 3 days or fewer before the activity date, refunds are not available.
- However, customers can opt to reschedule the activity to a new date (subject to availability).

We had an amazing time at Sanook Park. It is perfect for a family day out. The water zone and 7D cinema were my favorites. It’s safe for kids and there are many spots to click pictures. Very fun experience at Sanook Park! It’s not too big but has many fun attractions. Water games, VR zone, and dinosaur theme area kept us busy for hours. Everything was clean and nicely managed. My children were very happy and we clicked many photos. TNG Holidays helped us get the tickets without standing in a queue. I’d surely recommend this park to families visiting Pattaya.
