Krabi Elephant House Sanctuary Ticket Policies
Confirmation Voucher
- Upon successful booking, the customer will receive a confirmation voucher via email and WhatsApp immediately.
Alternate Scheduling
- If the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule will be arranged based on the customer’s preference.
- A new confirmation voucher will then be sent via email.
100% Refund
- Cancellations made 4 days or more before the activity date are eligible for a full refund.
Date Change Option
- For cancellations made 3 days or fewer before the activity date, refunds are not available.
- However, customers can opt to reschedule the activity to a new date (subject to availability).

I went with my wife and kids to the Elephant House Sanctuary and we had a wonderful time. My kids were super excited to feed the elephants. The staff was very helpful and respectful towards animals. It’s not a zoo it’s a place where elephants live with love. Worth every penny. A must-do activity in Krabi.

It was my dream to meet elephants up close and this sanctuary made it true.. The place is natural and the elephants are free to roam. The caretakers explained everything with love and patience. Bathing the elephants was so much fun! A very emotional and joyful moment for me.. I am thankful to the team for giving such an amazing memory.

Visiting Krabi Elephant House Sanctuary was a peaceful and beautiful experience.. The elephants are well cared for, and the staff is very friendly. I enjoyed feeding and bathing the elephants. It felt like I was doing something meaningful.. The whole place is very clean and well organized.. A great way to spend a half-day in nature. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Krabi.
