- Upon successful booking, the customer will receive a confirmation voucher via email and WhatsApp immediately.
Alternate Scheduling
- If the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule will be arranged based on the customer’s preference.
- A new confirmation voucher will then be sent via email.
100% Refund
- Cancellations made 4 days or more before the activity date are eligible for a full refund.
Date Change Option
- For cancellations made 3 days or fewer before the activity date, refunds are not available.
- However, customers can opt to reschedule the activity to a new date (subject to availability).

This tour was fantastic. What a wonderful way to visit Samui. Everything we needed to know was covered in the initial safety introduction talk, which was simple to understand. We chose the two-hour journey, which was enjoyable. The track was tough, varied and a lot of fun.
