Alternate Scheduling

If the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule will be arranged based on the customer’s preference.

100% Refund

Cancellations made 4 days or more before the activity date are eligible for a full refund.

Date Change Option

For cancellations made 3 days or fewer before the activity date, refunds are not available.
However, customers can opt to reschedule the activity to a new date (subject to availability).
